What Breed(s) do you have?
My heart belongs to the Great Pyrenees. I have been owned by them since 1982.

Currently in my house I have 5 Very Loved Great Pyrenees - 3 males and 2 females.

One Cherished 10 year old male Pyrenean Mastiff
One Adored 2 year old Landseer Newfoundland
and a treasured 11 month old foster female Pyr.
What's your favorite thing about big dogs?
Do I have to pick just "A" favorite thing about them... there are so many things.
I love how Magnificent and Majestic they look (even if they're drooling), I love how they can be your biggest protector, and your biggest baby, in the blink of an eye.

and of my dogs in particular - I love the harmony of their personalities.

Tell us a bit about your dogs.
Our dogs are a hodge podge of rescues. They range in age from 10 years to 11 months old. Hard for us to imagine that they were someone's cast offs, when they are such extraordinary keepsakes for us.
Our days are enriched cause we have them by our sides.

Lynnn, you take such great pic's! But you have such beautiful subjects......they're adorable and handsome!!!! I have a Great Pyr and he would love to meet all of your dogs......mine doesn't like his picture taken....you should see him when he sees me with the camera from across the room----he runs and hides and rolls over on his back and will not get up until I put the camera down in a drawer hidden, haha! And if I try to sneak one, he ducks his head and puts his paw on his eye to cover his face until I quit!!!!! Smartypants! Oh well, I have plenty of "surprise attack" pictures that I've taken of him from across the room and then have to edit (zoom) on my photo program.....the little stinker!!! But I still love him (Austin)---he's just CAMERA SHY I guess, extreme I'd say....haha! My other dog (my Newf - Buddy Bear) is a Ham when it comes to getting his picture taken....he runs to me and poses or does something cute and sassy, he loves it!!!! So I have alot more pic's of Buddy than I do of Austin, but I guess.....whatever, they rule, don't they? haha....Anyway love your dogs and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Jules

Hi Lynn, welcome to the community. I just have to say I LOVE your pictures, they always amaze my parents and I when we see them. Your dogs are just awesome!
